We want shopping with OLDSOLES to be simple and transparent. Here’s what you need to know at a glance:

  • Ordering → Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you.
  • Delivery → Times and costs vary by country. You’ll see your options at checkout. Delays can happen, but we’ll keep you updated.
  • Returns → You can return unworn full-price items within 30 days. Sale, clearance and promotional items are Final Sale (unless faulty).
  • Your Rights → If you’re in the UK or EU, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason and get a full refund (including standard delivery).
  • Refunds → Processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
  • Promotions → End of Season Sales and Buy One Get One Free are exclusive to our online store. They’re Final Sale, subject to stock, and no further discounts apply.
  • Gift Vouchers → Valid for 12 months, can be spent across multiple purchases, and can’t be replaced if lost.

When you shop with us or use our Websites, these Terms apply to you. They help set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. These Terms apply to all users of our Websites, including browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors.

To place an order on our Websites, you must:

PLACING AN ORDER

  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order.
  • Your order is accepted once payment is approved and your card is charged. At this point, a contract is formed under these Terms.
  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • If you wish to change your order shortly after placing it, please contact Customer Service.
  • We may cancel or reject an order, or disable an account, for example if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
  • During high-traffic promotions, some orders may not be fulfilled. In that case, you will be notified within 48 hours and refunded in full within 10 working days.

PRICES & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

  • We do our best to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate.
  • Occasionally, errors may occur. If we discover a mistake, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the corrected price or cancel it.
  • All prices shown at checkout include taxes and any applicable delivery charges. Delivery costs (if any) are shown before payment.
  • Unless otherwise stated, charges are in GBP (£) or EUR (€).

DELIVERY

  • Delivery times and costs vary by country and are shown before checkout.
  • We aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can occur. If your parcel is delayed, we will update you where possible.

Promo Codes

  • Each promo code has specific terms (e.g. validity, eligible products).
  • You must enter the code at checkout.
  • Misuse may result in cancellation of the code and/or account suspension.
  • Codes may be modified or cancelled if necessary (e.g. in cases of fraud or technical error).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in the shoebox.
  • Please try shoes on a soft, clean surface.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method, minus delivery charges (unless exercising statutory cancellation rights).
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of posting.
  • Items purchased from stockists must be returned to them directly.

Sale & Clearance Items

Final Sale — no returns or exchanges unless faulty.

Faulty or Not-as-Described Items

  • Refunds available within 30 days of delivery.
  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund under consumer law.
  • Return shipping covered by us.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK & EU)

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
  • You must notify us and return goods within 14 days.
  • We will refund the purchase price plus standard delivery.
  • You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • Can be used across multiple transactions.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Redeemable only on the Website from which they were bought, in that currency.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Please ensure your account details remain accurate.

THINGS YOU MUST NOT DO

  • You must not misuse our Websites (e.g. hacking, spreading viruses, stealing data).
  • We may report unlawful behaviour to authorities.
  • You agree to indemnify OLDSOLES against claims, damages or costs arising from misuse of our Websites or breach of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All Website content (text, images, logos, software, trademarks) is owned or licensed by OLDSOLES.
  • You may not reproduce or exploit it without permission.

LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE

  • You may link fairly and legally to our Websites, provided it does not damage our brand or imply false endorsement.
  • Framing our Websites on another site requires permission.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

  • By sharing content with OLDSOLES, you grant us permission to use, edit and share it on our Websites and social channels.
  • You must have permission from anyone featured.
  • We will remove content we control if you request it.
  • We cannot prevent third parties from sharing or saving your content.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

  • By opting into our messaging service, you agree to receive recurring service and promotional texts.
  • Message frequency varies. Standard charges apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
